Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

1. Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds beyond this period.

2. Course Commencement: Once a course has been started, it is deemed non-refundable. This includes accessing course materials or completing any part of the course.

Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the approval of the refund request.
The refund will be made to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:
Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
Completed or in-progress courses.
